Can't add fields

Well looks like it was one of the FireFox addons that was causing the problem. Can't figure out which one because once I turned all of them off and than turned them all back on one by one the problem went away.

Thanks again Andrea for your quick help and response even with the 9 hour time difference

Problem was resolved by simply turning of Fire Fox Add-ons or using Safari.
