hi Andrea,

I have a wish which I would like have in CP.

I would to be able in some situation to display in the CP search summary header the link to categories but in some not.

Example:
* when the user uses on my website CP tags directly "knowing this" explicitly - I want to show him the navigation trough all categories, like here:
www.domowe-wypieki.pl/przepisy/szukaj/ta...-ananas?layout=gblog

* but when the user click on any menu item which is implemented as "CP filter by tag for given category" I do not want to display him navigation to other categories to not confuse him:
www.domowe-wypieki.pl/przepisy/ciasta/torty/artystyczne

So my wish would be to be able for "CP menu item type" have an configuration options similar to the one in the global component configuration - at least to be able to disable / enable displaying the categories navigation in the search summary.

Kindly asking to add such feature in CP menu item configurartion

thanks in advance

Martin

That sounds reasonable.
We'll likely add this feature in the next version of Custom Properties.

thanks a lot. Ideally it would be great if the menu item could overwrite the global "search result header" layout.

thanks

The recently released Custom Properties 3.1.23 has a new set of parameters for CP menu items to override many component-level settings for results summary and search header.
