Missing mod_related_items_cp after update

After updating the website to joomla 2.5 (all tags are showing fine), I miss the mod_related_items_cp, which is used for showing related articles underneath an article.

How can I get these modules back?

Mod_related_items_cp is not a product we are offering.

There was a module named cp_related that we never released to the general public, available for Joomla 1.5x. That module has not been ported to later Joomla versions.

The new module mod_cp_news_show serves shows articles tagged with a given Cptag and might fit your needs.

The website I am working on was built in 2011 by somebody else and uses many instances of mod_related_items_cp. I was asked to update to joomla 2.5 for this customer and now find that this module is not working anymore, so hopefully I can help them...

The module is not our work. I just finished searching our code repository and I could not find any trace of it. I guess it's someone else's work, more likely than not, a customization of Joomla standard mod_related_items.

It is very well possible that this is the work of the previous webbuilder.

Is there an easy wayto show alle the articles as a list??

I managed to switch off all the pictures and show only the titles for the articles, but now they are very far apart.

I'm not familiar with that module, but I assume one could write an override to remove unnecessary html and to solve the spacing problem.
