Migration tags from 1.5 to 2.5 was created by tfab
Hello,

i did a migration from 1.5 to 2.5 with jupgrade and the plugin for JUpgrade, but i didnt could find any custom properties in the sql-database... How could i see, that all tags are migrated?

Before i get a commercial copy of custom properties i have to know, that the migration works fine.

Thank you.

Best regards
tfab

Last time we tested that procedure it worked flawlessly. Maybe JUpgrade has changed in the meanwhile, and CP plugin is no longer working.
We have to do new tests in the coming days to make sure it still works.
You'll read our findings here.

The upgrade with jUpgrade didn't work for me either, all three xxx_jos_custom_properties tables are missing...

Can I import the 3 tables

xxx_custom_properties
xxx_custom_properties_fields
xxx_custom_properties_values

from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5, or do they have to be altered?

My versions:
1.98.3.3 (Joomla 1.5.26)
2.2.2 (Joomla 2.5.6)

Thanks for your help.

We do confirm that the all the tables you mentioned are identical in both CP 1.98.3.3 and CP 2.2.2

So, creating a copy with the right prefix or renaming the tables alltogether should do the trick.
