I have created 3 properties (search drop downs) in custom properties named skin concern, ingredients and product use. I am displaying these 3 properties in a cp search module together to search for products via skin concern, ingredients and product use. When I search for a product selecting tagA in skin concern and a tagB from ingredients cp displays ONLY articles that has tagA from skin concern AND TagB from ingredients together. My question is, is it possible to make cp search display products taged with TagA from skin concern and TagB from ingredients independently. As in display all articles that have tagA, tagB as well as tagA AND tagB instead of ONLY diplaying articles that have tagA and TagB together.

How custom properties fields are evaluated

General rule: different fields are evaluated with an AND condition; different values of the same field are evaluated with an OR condition.

solidsystem.it/documents.html

There could be a workaround thou.
You could aggregate both 'products' and 'skin concern' into a single CP field, optionally grouping them with a label, and choose 'OR Multiselect + picker' as field type.

The result would look like this:

(You could also think about using Product Finder instead of CP)
