Custom Properties Documentation

Although the program seems straight forward, after developing the site and handing it off to the client, I would like to provide documentation on the product and its use. All I can find is the FAQ and three tutorials.

Is there a PDF or other form of operational documentation, with step by step instructions for end user clients?

There's no PDF documentation for Custom Properties.
However there's a video tutorial (not made by us) on YouTube:

(the version of CP portrayed is an older one, but the functions are mostly the same)
