seo links

Hello
I have another problem. Is there a way to make Custom Properties Menu links seo friendly? Now I have links like this:
http://my_site/component/customproperties/tag/taggroup/obiekt?layout=alt&bind_to_category=content:17&Itemid=187
and what I nedd is this:
http://my_site/my_something
I have mod_rewrite and friendly urls ON, but it doesn't work that way.
Can You help me whit this?

Standard Joomla SEF is not enough. You need a third party component that allows you to write your own aliases (my_something) and map them to a real url.

Can You recommend me good component? Non-commercial if its possible...
