No Thumbnails in Search Results

Hello,
I hope you will be able to help me with this issue. Thumbnails are not showing in search results, the debug error I get is:

"Local resource /home/pnp/public_html/new/images/{"image_intro":"","float_intro":"","image_intro_alt":"","image_intro_caption":"","image_fulltext":"","float_fulltext":"","image_fulltext_alt":"","image_fulltext_caption":""} is not readable."

I checked directories from the Utilities tab, they are all writable. Joomla version is 2.5

I believe the error is caused by the way images are embedded inside the article.
Apparently you are using a plugin or other extensions that lets you insert placeholder inside the article; the placeholders get replaced by actual images just before the rendering of the page.

Custom Properties needs images to be actually embedded, to be able to fetch them and possibly resize them.

Thanks for your reply, however I'm afraid that is not the case.
I am inserting images normally via article editor (TinyMCE), but to give it a try, a turned off the editor plugin,I even tried to write mg src code myself in the html view, but the error is the same.
If you could take a look I would be most grateful. Please just give me an email, or a pm to which I can reply to send you login details to the backend of our website.

There should be some kind of a support for a commercial component.
I posted this thread 4 days ago and you still haven't taken even the smallest look into your customer's problem.
