sef urls was created by goldie
Hello !
Thank you for this great component :)
I was using tortags before, but the lack of support (can't blame it for a free component though) made me look for another solution to manage my tags.

I'm having only 3 issues with custom properties and they are very much important to me(1).

1-
I created a custom property called "red" under the table "colour" and the url is
tag/coulour-red
I'd like it to be
tag/red
Is there an easy way I can achieve this ?

2-
Pagination are not sef. They are like
?limit=20&start=20
I'd like them to be
page/2
just like in the blog view of my catgeories
How can I do this ?

3-
How can I get custom meta description ?

I'm using sh404sef but for custom properties I'm using jooomla default router.
Thanks for your help :)

1-I was using wordpress before and my previous urls needs to be the same for seo reasons.

Hi and thanks for the appreciation.

1 - CP Tags are always expressed as field_name -> field_value; it allows to properly work with a setup like the following example:

shirt => [red, green, blue]
socks => [red, green, blue]

Under this circumstance, if tags were made only by their values (red, green, blue), CP would not been able to tell which tag group they were referring to (red socks or red shirts ?)

2 - Joomla native SEF router (the one you are using with CP) renders the pagination links as ?limit=20&start=20. To have have pagination links rendered otherwise it would take a custom developed sh404 plugin for CP

3 - Custom Properties has nothing to do with meta descriptions. CP dinamically appends its tags to meta keywords, when viewing a single item.

Thanks Andrea for clarification.
Regarding the meta description I'm talking about the result page, not the articles.
Can we customize them ?
Thanks.

The result page is the output of one of the following three different actions:

1) using the cp search module
Different combination of criteria return different result sets. Assigning a different meta description to each combination is impractical and undoable.

2) clicking a Custom Properties menu item
One can fill the meta description parameter associated to the menu item, but for some reasons it doesn't work as expected.

3) Clicking a CP tag
A meta description field should be added to each Cp value. This attribute is not supported by Custom Properties.
