Where is the extension for download

Hello, I broke the hard drive of the computer and went back to download the extension but not displayed. In download area only is the update.

1. login into solidsystem.it/member-area.html
2. logged in, go into solidsystem.it/my-orders.html
3. you will see a numbered list with only one entry. click on something like OL2012_Q1N95, below order number.
4. you will see a table: first column - product, second column - file list. the click on each file name will download the file

The suggested procedure is correct.

The issue here could be that there are more accounts that seem to belong to your company, and probably you are *not* logging in with one associated to the purchase order.
