Udate older Custom Propertie from joomla 2.5 to 3

Hello,

I have an older Custom Properties on my Joomla 2.5 Website.

No I plan to upgrade the Website to the newest Joomla 3 Version and also want to update my Custom Properties Version.

Of course I dont want to loose my Custom Properties work, because I spend a lot of hours into my custom properties settings.

Could you please let me now what are the best way to upgrade both? (First joomla update, then CP update?).

I think I have to purchase the Custom Properties for Joomla 3 Version, right? And with this version I can upgrade my older CP Version to the newest Version.

A procedure to carry out such upgrade is described here:

Basically you need to upgrade Joomla and then install the latest version of Custom Properties.
I do confirm that Custom Properties for Joomla 3.x is backward compatible, therefore you won't lose your tags.
