the answer is yes and no.
Yes, you can prevent a CP field from being displayed inside the search modue with the following setup:
- create a Custom Properties Search module (let's call this module 'Hidden')
- leave the module in unpublished state
- assign the CP field you don't want to show only to the Hidden Cp search module, using the 'Assigned Modules' param of the relevant CP field settings
No, you can't make the CP tag unclickable when displayed as a link under the article or under the search results.
