insert CP fields in frontend article's edit page

hi,
I would like to force users to complete CP fields when they submit an article.
So I want to insert the CP fields in frontend article's edit page.
Like this users doesn't have to click on CP button to edit CP fields of their articles.

And if field's informations could be required for artile submition, it would be great....

I'm working on last version of joomla with purity III template.
