tags on first position, after text

How can reorder the elements, to show the list of tags in first position, on detailed view?

In old web with j1.5 works fine, but now in j3.4, show first the plugin "related articles"

Assuming that the 'related articles' is a 'content' plugin like 'Content - Custom Properties Tags Plugin', the order of execution is the order of the plugin.
Therefore, by changing the order the plugin with Joomla's plugin manager, you should be able to change the order of the output as well.

Now that I see which plugin you are using to embed related articles, I would suggest to move "Content - Custom Properties Tags Plugin" after "Embedding Related Articles with Shortcodes".

If I get it right, now you have this situation:
1) CPTags plugin runs first and appends the tag box at the end of the text, after the shortcode that embeds articles
2) Related Articles plugin runs in a second moment and replaces the shortcode, that, of course, is now placed before the tags box.

If you swap the order you should have this situation:
1) Related Articles runs and replaces the shortcode
2) CP Tags runs after it and appends the tags box at the end of whatever has become the article text at that moment.

I tried your solution but does not work.

It seems that no matter the order of the plugins, the result is the same, first "related articles" and after CP Tags.
