How to create menu with list of all questionnaires was created by vasbinde
Dear Solid System Representative,
I recently purchased Product Finder Advnaced for use in a product reviews site that will be launched very shortly. I would like to have a main menu link, called, "Product Advisor", which would have a paragraph introduction to the intelligent guide driven by the Product Finder System. Then underneath that have a dynamic list that shows all of the questionnaires that have been created, perhaps separated by categories.
Is that possible? If so, how do I go about creating that layout?
Thank you for your help!
Best Regards,
Eric

At this time there's no such view in Product Finder.
We think that would be a useful feature and we count on adding such view to the next release of Product Finder.

Great! When should the next version be available? I know, you've likely heard this question before, but it would be helpful to my site.
Thanks!

Eric

A quick update on this subject.
While working to implement this feature we realized there some constraints (stemming from design choices we've made), that makes the 'list questionnaires' view impractical.
We'll provide more details.

Hi there,
I'm surprised that it would be impractical to list questionnaires. All it would mean would be going through your database tables to parse the name of each questionnaire from the table, and list it in link form, just as if it were listed in the menu. Many other Joomla tools do this with their solutions, including the core Joomla article categories list, which lists articles in a specific category.
I'm looking forward to hearing the details as to what design choices were made that prevent this capability.
