IE can not open the items

Hello, I am very satisfied with the Product Finder, but I still have two problems:

01. At the end of the process when the answers appear, IE can not open the items. We have no problems in Chrome and Firefox.
02. Unable to change the height of the box. Was visually ugly with a 4 times greater than the content box.

With Explorer 11 I just managed to open the linked item (see screenshots).

Anyway, at the first try, the questionable IE translate toolbar actively prevented me from opening the linked item because it disabled the "page cache" (I read that message with IE's dev tools F12)

We tested Product Finder with IE 9 and 10 too.

2) could you please point me to the box that needs be resized? Thanks

Unfortunately I can not make it work in IE 11.
Our client could not open and reported the error. I also tried and failed.

I have attached an image which best explains the size of the box.
