Released Custom Properties 3.1.25 for Joomla 3.x

In this release fixes a bug with pagination that occurred when 4 conditions occurred together: 
- SEO = ON

- mod_cpsearch pointing (by means of Itemid parameter) to a Custom Properties menu item that has a filter tag (1) set

- the tag (1) is hidden, i.e. is not displayed in the cpsearch module on the page

- a search is performed from that cpsearch module
