In order to troubleshoot your site any further we need:
- temporary access to the backend your site (with admin rights, if possible)
- a temporary FTP account so that we can perform some real-time debugging.

On the other hand, you could take a look at our demo site ( www.solidsystem.it/demo31 ) that is built much like your one (multilingual, CP 3.0, Falang 1.3.1), and see if you can spot any difference that can explain the error.
