Problem fixed.
We'll send you an updated CpTags button plugin and a slightly modified content element connector for jDownloads.
Those modification will part of next releases of Custom Properties.

Problem with jDownloads tagging has been fixed by the just-released version 3.1.8 of Custom Properties.
