Only show Tags relevant to that category

Hello,

When editing an article and clicking the CP Tags button to add tags it shows all the available TAGS, is there a way to assign tags to a specific category so only those show for that category in the editor?

See attached. I just want (MOZ) tags to show in (MOZ) related categories and (ZAR) to show when in that category?

I know it's a long shot!!!
